Kayak Long Island was started as a way to share kayaking with our local community. It can appear that people on Long Island don't realize how great kayaking is hear, and the fact that it is an island, offers so many places to explore and paddle in. The site is also for those who would like to find new places to go kayaking but are struggling to find them.
