Great for stargazing. The park has a permit for it. The light house is here and it is next to camp hero state park which is worth checking out too. you can walk the beaches, go to the top of the lighthouse and there is a walkway around the rocks behind the lighthouse which block the waves from eroding the land it is on. Very peaceful.
